planet fedora and languages

October 12, 2007

lennart,

This came up a long time ago when we first added a non-english feed. The answer was fedora is used, read and developed in many languages (some as gross as fortran). We are supportive of diversity and that includes language diversity (as gross as things like fortran are).

It’s not noise, it’s signal you can’t understand.🙂

While the other non english posts don’t overly bother me it would also be nice to have a en.planet.fedoraproject.org (replace en with the languages that are published) so that those that don’t want multilingual can just subscribe to the subset, those that want it all can subscribe to the current one.
